What we collect. Account data you provide (name, business, email, billing — card handled by our processor); basic usage analytics; and public-records data that powers the product (which may include business and property information that is already public record).

How we use it. To provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate about your account, and comply with law.

Sharing. With service providers (payments, hosting, email) under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell your account information.

Marketing email. Our outreach complies with CAN-SPAM: messages identify the sender, include our physical address, and offer a working opt-out.

Your choices. Access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
